Vegan Valentine’s Day Appetizers
Love this Spinach + Artichoke White Bean Dip. It’s a lightened-up version of a classic spinach and artichoke dip, made creamy with white beans instead of cream cheese.
Green Pea Herb Hummus with Cheesy Pepita Sprinkle is so bright, vibrant, and fresh.
Cauliflower Parmesan Bites are elegant and addictive. The coating is made with cashews and nutritional yeast!
This Beet, Cabbage, and Kidney Bean Borscht is irresistible! Talk about pretty.
Vegan Valentine’s Day Salad Recipes
This Avocado Kale Caesar Salad has a flavourful dressing made with avocado, hemp, capers, and plenty of lemon. Tossed with kale, seed parmesan, and roasted winter veggies, it’s a real hit.
Roasted Beet and Broccoli Salad with Green Tahini Dressing just might be my most beautiful winter salad creation.
So many flavours and textures in this Warm Roasted Mushroom, Pear, Walnut, and Avocado Spinach Salad!
Vegan Valentine’s Day Main Course Recipes
Creamy One Skillet Orzo with Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and Tofu. The cashew cream sauce makes this one extra delicious!
Date Night Pasta with Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce, Cauliflower, and Chickpeas. So romantic, and it makes enough for four servings in case you’re serving it to the whole family.
These Mediterranean Lentil Burgers are a nice change from the more traditional Valentine’s Day fare. Super flavourful and sturdy!
Lentil Broccoli Burritos with Tofu Ricotta are one of my all-time favourites.
Vegan Valentine’s Day Desserts
No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie. Must make this one!
Vegan Chocolate Caramel Tarts with oat almond crusts, creamy chocolate coconut fudge, and almond butter caramel. So outrageously yummy.
Maple Vanilla Cupcakes with Date Chocolate Frosting are so simple to whip up and loved by adults and kids alike. (Side note- these are also great for birthdays!)
Vegan Fruit Pizza with Maple Orange Cashew Cream. This is made with a gluten-free oat and nut crust, topped with a delightful cashew cream and fresh fruit.
Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream Pie. This is shockingly simple to make! With a press-in date nut crust, two layers of ice cream, and a peanut butter fudge drizzle, it’s what dreams are made of.
I love how fudgy these Sweet Potato Brownies are!
Everybody loves this Banana Cream Pie.
Vegan Valentine’s Day Drink Recipes
A few beautifully festive drinks for heart day!
Enjoy this Beet, Raspberry, and Coconut Yogurt Smoothie with breakfast.
Raspberry Hot Chocolate with Raspberry Coconut Whipped Cream is sweet with a slight undertone of tanginess from real raspberries blended in! There’s some almond butter for extra creaminess, too.
Pomegranate Orange Gin and Tonics. I skipped the tonic water entirely here and made my own pomegranate orange juice to sweeten them up instead. Love the colour.
I hope you enjoy all of these recipes over the next couple of weeks. Maybe a few will make their way onto your Valentine’s Day menu!
