This simple, four ingredient, slightly sweet, and ultra healthy watermelon mint kale lime green juice is whipped up in a blender, so even if you don’t own a juicer, you can make healthy juice at home in a matter of minutes. Simply blend everything together in a blender, then strain through a very fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a big bowl. Pour into a glass and drink to your health!

Happiest of Thursdays to you all! Hope your week is going well. We went out and took some graduation photos on my university campus last night, as we couldn’t have a real convocation due to COVID, then went out and celebrated at Mill Street Brewpub. ‘Twas a lovely evening! Tomorrow I’m hosting a small pizza party, which will also be fun!

This watermelon lime mint kale green juice is sure to hit the spot and give you all the energy you need to end the week on a high note. What’s more, you don’t even need a juicer. Nope, a blender will suffice. If you’ve never made juice in a blender before, allow me to explain: Simply add all the ingredients that you would normally put through a juicer into a blender, along with a cup of water. Blend until almost smooth, then pour through a super fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Squeeze all of the juice out of the pulp by hand, allowing the juice to drain through the sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl. Pour the juice into a glass and then drink up! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Or shall I say, watermelon lime mint kale squeezy? Ha!
