    Another week of delicious eats coming up! This week’s menu includes a seasonal white bean hummus, egg bowls, a satisfying seasonal salad, vegan enchiladas, a sheet pan chicken dinner, colourful chia pudding, and s’mores oatmeal squares.

    These sheet pan Moroccan chicken and sweet potato fry bowls are our new favourite weeknight supper! Super flavourful, bright, and healthy, these bowls consist of Moroccan chicken, sweet potato oven fries, spinach, feta, and our new favourite pumpkin seed herb sauce.
