My mom and I finally decorated the Christmas tree yesterday while sipping these delicious gingerbread lattes. I made my first holiday cheese board of the season. Michael Buble’s Christmas album has been on repeat. It’s safe to say that we are getting into the Christmas spirit! Here are seven recipes to try this week. They’re all on the cozy, comforting side, but still very healthy… and they are all vegetarian or vegan this week, too! Hope you enjoy!
