Ingredients

- 2 large ripe avocados
- Juice of 2 limes (about 4 tablespoons)
- 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and lime juice, as needed.
- Transfer into a container and store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to five days.
