Description
This boozy strawberry lemonade kombucha crush is a super cooling, fun, and healthy happy hour drink! Strawberry lemonade kombucha is blended with whole strawberries and ice, then topped off with gin or vodka, if desired.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries (organic if possible)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup strawberry lemonade kombucha (GT’s brand)
- 1–2 oz gin, vodka, or white rum
- Lemon slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, ice, and kombucha to an upright blender. Blend until a crush/slushie consistency is reached. This only takes about 10 seconds- don’t over-blend or it will end up too liquified.
- Pour into one or two glasses (I split it with my mom, but I could have easily drunk the whole thing) and top off with the alcohol, if using. Give it a quick stir to incorporate the alcohol, garnish with a lemon slice, and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use any kombucha flavour and fruit you like. I love the idea of ginger kombucha + blueberries and guava kombucha + kiwi as well.
