- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
- 1 large soft pitted Medjool date
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon ground flax
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa or raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon nut or seed butter (optional)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in an upright blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
