Description
This summery, flavourful pesto salad dressing combines basil pesto, lemon, olive oil, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper. It’s delicious on simple green salads, pasta salads, potato salads, and more.

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pesto (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar. Secure the lid and shake well to combine. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk well.
- Enjoy immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
Creamy variation: For a creamy pesto dressing, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
