Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass jar or container and stir to combine. 
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  3. In the morning, give it a good stir and add your desired toppings. I like peanut butter and blueberries. See notes section for a few fun variations!
