Description
This matcha avocado mint chip smoothie consists of a healthy blend of avocado, frozen banana, matcha, mint, non-dairy milk, and cacao nibs. You’ll fall head over heels for this drink with a consistency resembling a milkshake!

- 3/4–1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1 large frozen banana, chopped
- 1 soft pitted Medjool date
- 1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted and flesh scooped out
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp matcha
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for the cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle in the cacao nibs and blend on low to incorporate. You want them to maintain some texture.
- Pour into one or two glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Give this smoothie a protein boost by adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder or a spoonful of hemp hearts.
