This matcha avocado mint chip smoothie consists of a healthy blend of avocado, frozen banana, matcha, mint, non-dairy milk, and cacao nibs. You’ll fall head over heels for this drink with a consistency resembling a milkshake!

3/4–1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1 large frozen banana
1/2 medium ripe avocado, pitted and flesh scooped out
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 tsp matcha
1 tbsp cacao nibs
Add all ingredients except for the cacao nibs to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle in the cacao nibs and blend on low to incorporate.
Pour into one or two glasses and enjoy immediately.
