Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1–2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of cloves
- pinch of turmeric
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tsp almond butter
- 1–2 ice cubes
- pinch of fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
- Pour into a large glass and enjoy.
